Do you offer 24/7 technical support?
Our business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST), Monday through Friday. Any requests submitted outside of business hours are immediately addressed during regular business hours.
What do you need to set up support on my site?
Once you purchase your maintenance and support package, we ask you to provide credentials to log in to the site administrator. This helps us connect to your website to install our services. Our team keeps these credentials private and will never share them with anyone.
Does Digital Labs work with WordPress Multisite?
We support WordPress Multisite and WordPress Multi-network. Due to the different use cases, database structures, and plugin and theme variations, we will request information about your existing network so we can be as informed as possible from day one regarding configurations that may be unique to your network.
What does Digital Labs do if my site goes down or its security is breached?
We continuously monitor our clients’ sites through ongoing security scans. Common issues are also manually verified whenever relevant. Should a security issue arise, our goal is to respond immediately. Valid security concerns are given top priority over any development work.
