1. Requirements
- Have created an account on: https://pagalo.gt/
- You have purchased and downloaded the Pagalo plugin for Presta Shop from our website: https://digitallabs.agency/producto/plugins-extensiones/pagalo-pasarela-de-pagos-para-prestashop/
- Installing Prestashop 1.7.x
2. Access your PrestaShop site folder to copy the plugin files.
- Log in to your hosting service’s administration panel or access it via FTP.
- Locate in the PrestaShop root folder.
- Go to the “modules” folder.
- Upload our plugin to the modules folder. (Unzip the contents of the .zip file into a folder called “Pay it”).

3. Install the plugin:
- Log in to the PrestaShop back office and go to Modules > Module Catalog.
- Find the Pagalo module and click Install.
- After this, the plugin should be installed and ready to configure.
4. Plugin Settings.
After installing and activating it, go to the Modules > Modules Manager > Other > Pagalo tab and click “Configure.” This is where you configure your Pagalo API credentials.

5. Configuring reCaptcha Keys.
One of the payment gateway requirements is to have reCaptcha. To do this, we must configure the credentials by following these steps:
- Go to the reCaptcha website: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about
- Register the domain names where the reCaptcha service will be used.
- In the Pagalo module settings, you must enter the Site Key and Secret Key.
6. Testing the module.
To test the payment gateway, you must contact Pagalo to activate test mode on your account. You can use these cards during testing.

7. Ready-to-use Pagalo Plugin
After completing these steps, you’re ready to start receiving payments with Pagalo through your PrestaShop website.
