Administrative and Accounting Assistant

Description

Responsible for supporting the accounting and administrative management of several group companies, ensuring orderly records, tax compliance, and effective follow-up of client collections.

We are looking for characteristics such as:
● An organized individual with attention to detail.
● Basic or intermediate knowledge of general accounting.
● Experience with bank reconciliations, transaction recording, and invoicing.
● Experience with the FEL system and filing with the SAT is desirable.
● Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
● Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting systems.
● Familiarity with task management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
● Basic to intermediate level of English.
